Tillman (shoulder) will throw approximately two innings or 30 pitches in an extended spring training game Tuesday, Roch Kubatko of MASN reports.

Tillman's outing on Tuesday will be his first rehab start since the team ruled him out for the first month of the season due to right shoulder bursitis. If all goes well with each of his rehab starts going forward, Baltimore will likely be hoping to have him back by early May.
