It was reported yesterday that Tillman would begin his throwing program Wednesday, but it appears that the team has decided to bump it back a few days. Tillman received a cortisone shot Wednesday, and manager Buck Showalter said that team doctors want to give the shot seven to 10 days to work before beginning to throw again.
