Tillman (shoulder) threw a successful session of flat-ground throwing Tuesday and will throw another such session Thursday, MASN's Roch Kubatko reports.

It went even better than a similar session Sunday, which is good news, and means Tillman won't have to completely restart his throwing program. The Orioles appear to be cautiously hoping they can slot him into the rotation on Apr. 15 in Toronto, when they first need a fifth starter, but that seems like tall order given where Tillman is in his throwing program.
