Manager Buck Showalter cautioned that Tillman is still building up velocity saying, "he's not where he needs to be." Nonetheless, it's another encouraging sign that the big righty is well on the road to recovery. Tillman's rehab continues with two innings at extended spring training Tuesday before he makes his return to action at Double-A Bowie. Rich Dubroff of PressBoxOnline.com says he'll have a few more rehab appearances after that, with the ultimate goal of returning to the Orioles in early May.
