Tillman (shoulder) said he felt good Wednesday after his most recent session throwing on flat ground, MASN's Roch Kubatko reports.

EDGE Analysis

The plan calls for Tillman to throw off elevated ground sometime this weekend. Manager Buck Showalter recently said he doesn't expect the right-hander to rejoin the rotation until mid-September, at the earliest. Baltimore likely will continue with the cautious approach to his rehab.
