Tillman (shoulder) is set to resume his throwing program Wednesday, Eduardo Encina of the Baltimore Sun reports.

Tillman's shoulder issue has been one of the major story lines of the spring for the Orioles after he received a platelet-rich plasma injection in December and experienced a setback prior to a bullpen session last week. He was given a cortisone injection Wednesday and the plan is to have him resume throwing a week from that date. If all goes well, the Orioles plan to have him throw another long toss session Friday.
