Tillman (hip) worked out Tuesday morning after receiving a cortisone injection Monday, MASN Sports reports.

Tillman will continue to work out and throw, with an eye on returning to game action March 9 or 10. Of all the times to have an injury, he picked the right one. Tillman should be able to put this injury behind him with plenty of time remaining before Opening Day.
