Tillman (hip) will make his second start Monday against the Phillies, Rock Kubatko of MASN reports.

Tillman has been limited by a hip issue for a couple weeks now, but now appears to be in the clear. He told Kubatko earlier this morning that his hip felt fine and the Orioles apparently agree, as they've scheduled his start a day earlier than what would have been normal.
