Tillman (hip) had an MRI on Sunday to make sure he didn't have a sports hernia, and the results reportedly were clean, Roch Kubatko of MASN reports.

This is great news for the Orioles, as it means Tillman will likely be able to start pitching again pretty soon. He's tentatively slated to pitch in Saturday's intrasquad game, but the Orioles may wait a little longer just to ensure that their starter completely heals.
