Tillman (hip) described his injury as a "hip flexor" rather than a core muscle injury and said he feels better Monday, MASN Sports reports.

The Orioles have their first spring training game Tuesday and it is unlikely Tillman will be a participant for that. With it still being early in spring training, the Orioles have the luxury of holding him out a few days before giving him game action. Tillman stated the injury is minor and it seems like he could get in a game later this week.
