Tillman (14-2) dished seven innings of one-run ball, scattering four hits and two walks while striking out seven Yankees in Thursday's win.
EDGE Analysis
Tillman's renaissance continued with his fourth straight win, all of which (strangely) just so happen to share the same stat line of seven innings and one run allowed. Baltimore improved to 10-0 against the AL East in games that the right-hander has started, which bodes well for Tillman considering a majority of starts come versus divisional opponents. Playing in his eighth MLB season, the 28-year-old sits just two wins away from tying his career high set back in 2013. After falling flat under the pressure of big expectations in 2015, Tillman has rebounded enormously and is well on his way to the best campaign of his career.
