Meyer underwent Tommy John surgery last August and might not appear in any sort of live games in 2023, but he continues to take encouraging steps. The 24-year-old right-hander still ranks as a top-100 prospect through the recovery process and might be a candidate for the Opening Day rotation in Miami next season.
