The White Sox have pushed Jake Peavy's next start back to Thursday against the Rays. He's just getting some extra rest. Francisco Liriano will start against the Indians this afternoon while Hector Santiago will make a spot start Wednesday. Peavy will be followed by Jose Quintana, Gavin Floyd and Chris Sale this weekend.
