The swelling in Wright's sore right shoulder is subsiding, but he's not yet ready to begin throwing, Peter Abraham of the Boston Globe reports.

Wright has been shut down since his start Aug. 31 with no timetable for a return. He could be done for the rest of the season. In the meantime, Clay Buchholz is taking his turns through the rotation.
