The Royals are expected to meet with Roy Oswalt's agent this week in Milwaukee. That meeting will either take place Tuesday or Wednesday at the GM Meetings. Oswalt is also drawing interest from the Diamondbacks, Nationals and Phillies, and should manage to land a decent incentives-based contract this winter. He posted a 3.69 ERA and 93/39 K/BB ratio over 139 innings in 2011.
