The Rockies are expected to tender a contract to Wilton Lopez before Monday night's deadline. Lopez had a disappointing 4.06 ERA and 1.41 WHIP in 75 1/3 innings this past summer for Colorado, but the 30-year-old right-hander still has very good career numbers and the Rockies think he can bounce back in 2014. He is arbitration-eligible for the second time.
