The Reds will call up left-hander Tony Cingrani to start Tuesday against the Cubs. This has been the assumption for a few days, but it's now official. Cingrani pitched well in his first taste of the majors earlier this year, posting a 3.27 ERA and 41/9 K/BB ratio over 33 innings. He's worth a look in mixed fantasy leagues while Johnny Cueto is sidelined.
