The Reds are considering promoting right-hander Curtis Partch from Triple-A Louisville. Partch has a 3.66 ERA and 25/8 K/BB ratio in 14 appearances (20 innings) at the Triple-A level. The 26-year-old was added to the 40-man roster this offseason but has yet to make his MLB debut.
