The Red Sox have no concerns about the long-term health of Craig (foot), the Boston Herald reports. "No, no red flags in the long term," GM Ben Cherington said Wednesday. "We had access to everything (in terms of medical records). We didn't have any concern about whether this was a long-term risk." Craig is being sent to see a foot specialist, the same one who treated him last year, but it sounds like the visit is largely precautionary. A Lisfranc fracture sidelined Craig late last season, and he sprained the same foot in his very first game with the Red Sox last Friday, but the team believes he will be able to return to the lineup this season. Cherington added that, "We just want to make sure we get it right."
