The Rays are expected to recall utility man Stephen Vogt and right-hander Dane De La Rosa from Triple-A Durham on Wednesday. The Rays could also call up right-hander Chris Archer. Vogt will function as a utility man while De La Rosa will pitch in middle relief. Neither figure to carry any fantasy value.
