Tabata suffered a left quadriceps strain during Sunday's loss to the Red Sox and was officially placed on the disabled list Tuesday. Alex Presley, who will lead off Tuesday night against the Blue Jays, should get regular playing time in left field during his absence. He's worth a flier in NL-only leagues.
