The Phillies expect Chase Utley (concussion) to return to action on Thursday. Utley passed a second ImPACT concussion test on Monday afternoon. He was diagnosed with a mild concussion last Wednesday after taking a 91 mph fastball off his batting helmet. Utley passed his first ImPACT test Saturday and is not experiencing any severe symptoms.
