The Orioles will introduce new general manager Dan Duquette at a press conference Tuesday morning. The O's officially hired Duquette on Sunday after having multiple candidates drop out of the running for the job. The 53-year-old has a successful history in scouting and player development, and he also has an experience in the GM's seat. But it's hard to say whether the Orioles organization has the resources or good karma to get things turned around in the next several seasons.
