The Mets currently have no plans to trade Mike Pelfrey. Pelfrey is making nearly $4 million this season after avoiding his first year of arbitration over the offseason, so he's going to get pretty expensive the next two years. But, the Mets aren't giving up their playoff hopes yet and consider Pelfrey to be an integral part of the rotation. The righty holds a 4.55 ERA and 1.38 WHIP over 19 starts this season.
