The Indians have yet to make a decision on whether Travis Hafner will undergo offseason surgery on his ailing right foot. The foot has been an issue for Hafner since all the way back in April and caused him to spend time on the disabled list from mid-August to mid-September. "We're in the process of evaluating that now," athletic trainer Lonnie Soloff said. "But I think we'd all agree that he's running pretty well right now. It's been very encouraging." If he does have an operation, he should be recovered in time for spring training.
