The Giants have not made an offer to Jeff Baker and don't currently plan to, sources tell Alex Pavlovic of the San Jose Mercury News. There was some thought the Giants might be one of the reported 6-7 teams who have expressed some interest in the 32-year-old outfielder, but that's not the case as of right now. Baker had a good season in 2013 and should get a shot to play quite a bit next season with someone. The Nationals are believed to be one of the teams in play.
