The deal being discussed between Brian Wilson and the Dodgers would be a one-year contract with a player option for a second year, Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports is hearing. It was reported previously that the two sides were discussing a one-year deal, but the player option would basically make it a two-year commitment on the Dodgers' end. The 31-year-old would likely return as a setup man for closer Kenley Jansen, and with some success he could opt to decline the option and seek more money as a closer on the open market next offseason. No word on the terms of a potential deal.
