Welcome to Week 16 of the Cut List. This week I'm taking a look at Eric Hosmer, Brandon Crawford, Marcell Ozuna, and Yangervis Solarte. All of these guys have been viable standard league options at one point or another this year, but have recently hit cold streaks that have hampered their fantasy value.
