The Cardinals have changed their rotation so that Adam Wainwright will start twice before the All-Star break. Wainwright is expected to pitch Wednesday and Sunday next week after the Cardinals previously had him only scheduled for one start. He now won't be available to pitch if selected as the NL starter in the All-Star Game.
