The Athletics will make a decision about where Brett Anderson's (elbow) next start will come following a bullpen session either Friday or Saturday. Anderson is sufficiently stretched out, having thrown 96 pitches for Triple-A Sacramento Wednesday, when he allowed three runs over five innings while striking out seven. It's possible his next start will come with the A's, or the team could buy some time in making a decision about their rotation by giving Anderson one more start for Sacramento.
