Teixeira had a big night at the dish on Friday night going 2-for-4 with a pair of two-run home runs in the Yankees win over the Mets. He's hitting an uninspiring .218 but with seven long ones and 17 RBI he is making his hits count. His average is likely to be a weakness, but if he can keep the power production up he should add a lot of punch to the middle of the Yankees lineup.
