Taylor is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Mets due to an "extremely swollen" left knee, Mark Zuckerman of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.

Taylor's knee issue flared up Wednesday, and he'll miss at least that contest as a result. In his place, the Nationals will shift Bryce Harper over to center field, Jayson Werth over to right and Matt den Dekker will receive the start in left.
