Taillon (elbow) threw 61 pitches "without issue" during an extended spring training outing Saturday, Rob Biertempfel of the Pittsburgh Tribune reports. Taillon appears to be on the verge of a rehab assignment, although a timeline for that has yet to be laid out. Even if the recovery goes exactly as planned, the right-hander is unlikely to see much time in the majors in 2015.
