Taillon (elbow) experienced lower-abdomen discomfort during his last outing, and he will be held out of game activity until further notice, MLB.com's Adam Berry reports. Taillon has been making good progress on his way back from Tommy John surgery, even reaching the mid-to-high 90s with his fastball in recent appearances at extended spring training. Although the recent injury is unrelated to his elbow, it further decreases the already-slim chances of Taillon making a significant impact at the big-league level this season.
