Swisher is out of the lineup Thursday against the Royals, The Plain Dealer reports. The Indians are looking to get a few at-bats for David Murphy, who joins the lineup for the first time since Friday. With Cleveland having a crowded outfield, Swisher will likely get a day or two off each week, allowing all of Murphy, Michael Brantley, Brandon Moss and Michael Bourn to start.
