Stewart has agreed to a minor league contract with the Nationals, Matt Eddy of Baseball America reports. Stewart has spent a signifiant portion of the past seven years in the majors, but has struggled to stay out of the minor leagues in the past couple of years. Stewarts' major league stats have taken a hit recently, as he hit just .176 in 68 at bats last year. He left the Angles to try to avoid the minors, but it appears that Stewart will have to work his way through triple-A this year to have fantasy value in 2015.
