Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Steven Matz improved his record to 7-3 on Saturday as his club defeated the Red Sox 7-2. The lefty gave up just one run over 5 2/3 innings while allowing four hits and two walks with eight strikeouts in the 111-pitch outing.
