Cleveland Guardians rookie outfielder Steven Kwan (foot) is back in left field and is hitting leadoff on Sunday against Houston Astros right-hander Cristian Javier. Kwan fouled a ball off his foot on Friday night and was held out of the lineup on Saturday as a precaution. The 24-year-old needs to be returned to starting fantasy lineups in single-year formats.
