Cleveland Guardians outfielder Steven Kwan (foot) left Friday's game against the Houston Astros with a left-foot contusion. Kwan fouled a ball off of his foot during the game and left for precautionary reasons. Before the injury, the rookie outfielder went 0-for-2 at the plate, ending his hit streak at 18 games.
