Steve Clevenger has been diagnosed with a left oblique injury and will likely be placed on the 15-day DL. Clevenger suffered the injury Saturday on the final swing of the Cubs' 3-2 loss to the Giants. The backup catcher is 1-for-8 this season with three strikeouts.
