Steve Cishek retired all three Mets' hitters he faced on Tuesday, picking up his seventh save of the season. While Marlins skipper Ozzie Guillen initially stated it would be a closer-by-committee at the back of his bullpen after Heath Bell was removed from the role, Cishek has done everything in his power to lock down the role for himself. Since the All-Star break, he has tossed 9 1/3 scoreless innings while posting a 10/3 K/BB ratio and converting all six of his save chances. It goes without saying, but he should be owned and active in all formats.
