Stephen Drew (oblique) is out of the Red Sox starting lineup again on Thursday against the Indians. Drew still has some tightness in his right oblique, so Jonathan Herrera will play shortstop in Thursday's series opener with Cleveland. Drew is 1-for-14 (.071) with five strikeouts since joining the Red Sox.
