Stephen Drew is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Indians. Drew went 0-for-2 with a walk in his season debut Monday and will take a seat Tuesday with left-hander T.J. House on the hill for Cleveland. Jonathan Herrera will make the start at shortstop.
