Stephen Drew is likely to open the 2013 regular season on the 7-day concussion disabled list. Drew has resumed some baseball activities, but he's not fully where he needs to be and Opening Day is Monday. The 30-year-old shortstop suffered a concussion on March 7 when he was beaned by a pitch during a Grapefruit League game. He signed a one-year, $9.5 million free agent contract with the Red Sox this offseason.
