Stephen Drew is having "mild concussion" symptoms Friday, one day after being beaned with a pitch. The Red Sox are saying right now that he might be action for a day or two, but it's always tricky projecting the length of the absence when it comes to concussions. Drew is batting just .188/.278/.250 over his first six Grapefruit League contests, but he's reportedly looked good in the field after his fractured right ankle previously compromised his range.
