Stephen Drew (concussion) went 1-for-3 with a homer and a walk Monday in his final rehab game with Double-A Portland. Drew will take a day of rest on Tuesday and is set to be activated from the disabled list prior to Wednesday's game. He'll take over as the starting shortstop, with Jose Iglesias likely be sent down.
