Stephen Drew (concussion) said Friday that he's still dealing with "slight fogginess." "There's times it goes away, and then it shows back up again," Drew said. Drew was cleared to resume workouts on Thursday, but it sounds like he might be shut down again. The shortstop has all but been ruled out for Opening Day, and it's certainly possible he could be sidelined for a long while. Jose Iglesias will start at shortstop while Drew is out.
