Stephen Drew (concussion) is scheduled to begin a rehab assignment on Thursday at Double-A Portland. The current plan calls for Drew to play four rehab games with Double-A Portland and then join the Red Sox for their home opener on Monday, April 8 against the Orioles. Drew is on the 7-day concussion disabled list.
