Stephen Drew (concussion) is expected to play in another extended spring training game on Wednesday. Drew played Tuesday for the first time since his concussion and went 1-for-3 with a double while playing three innings at shortstop. He'll likely need some time to build his stamina, but he could be ready to begin a minor league rehab assignment by the end of the week. Jose Iglesias will continue to fill in at shortstop until Drew is ready to join the lineup.
