Stephen Drew (concussion) is expected to be activated from the disabled list on Wednesday. Drew had originally been scheduled for activation on Monday, but the Red Sox have decided to keep him on his rehab assignment with Double-A Portland for a couple more days. The veteran infielder has been out since early March due to post-concussion symptoms.
